I know all too well that we are only one decision away from a better life.
Approximately twenty years ago I was sat on my sofa, another bout of depression raining down on me leaving me depleted, anxious, agoraphobic and filled with self-loathing. Just showering and cleaning my teeth every day felt like a mammoth task. My life had come to a grinding halt and I was determined to find out why and reverse it. In a moment of despair, I decided that if anyone could do it I would, and so I set about learning all I could to heal myself.
I began training and reading extensively ...undertaking trainings in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Regression Therapy, Access Consciousness, Coaching, even becoming a Reiki Master and lots more besides. Each training would clear a little bit of the anxiety, the limiting beliefs, the fog of nothingness but I wasn’t quite there. Eventually, I pulled together everything I knew, all the education and reading and all of my qualifications to create the healing and clearing work I do today…….and, today, I’m happy and whole and I offer the best of the best of my reading, study and life experience to create a bespoke healing experience for you, helping you gain liberation from the torment of knowing there’s something more out there for you, but not knowing quite how to get there.
